Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY Order cycle operations — support the internal flow from contract review to purchase order processing to delivery coordination with supply chain and logistics; maintain order tracking, documentation, and follow-up until closure. Product mastery & co-selling — build working knowledge of the Anker / soundcore / eufy portfolio, pricing and channel rules; join customer meetings with the sales team to present products, prepare proposals, price lists and channel allocation sheets. Retail execution & sell-out — work with the marketing team on retail programs (display setup, promo calendar, store training sessions), and track sell-out data and in-store execution, following up on open actions with distributors and retailers. Market insights — collect competitor pricing, channel moves and compliance updates into weekly inputs for the channel business review, helping refine replicable playbooks.

Qualifications

What we look for Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above; all majors welcome. Strong communication and collaboration — comfortable coordinating across sales, marketing, supply chain and external partners. Fluent English as a working language (daily use with HQ teams). Agile thinking and creativity — at home with ambiguity, proposes process improvements rather than waiting for instructions. AI and tool adaptability — uses AI tools for data handling, drafting and translation; quick to learn internal systems (ERP/CRM, Feishu/Lark). Data-driven mindset — can use numbers to explain a strategy or a result. Bachelor's student or above, Class of 2027 preferred; willingness to travel for store visits and trade shows.
