Regional Sales Specialist in GAC Savannah


Unique Skills:

Required: Proficient in CRM systems preferably in Salesforce.

Preferred: CRM proficient. Power BI or analytical expertise and process optimization experience preferred. White glove customer service experience a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years sales, marketing, hospitality, aviation, or administrative sales support experience. Position PurposeSpecializes in executive level support in the aircraft sales process. Works closely with the RSMs, RVPs and internal support organizations to plan and execute sales & completions visits, aircraft demonstration activity, customer events and marketing initiatives in support of assigned sales division's customer focus and objectives. Tracks, maintains and updates accurate customer information within CRM to support mailings, invitation lists, prospecting efforts, sales visits, aircraft demonstration flights, and opportunity status on accounts actively engaged by assigned sales division.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Prepares customer proposals reflecting accurate pricing, updated brand aesthetics and presentation of production aircraft available for sale .
  2. Prepares various supporting sales documents including aircraft deal sheet revisions and tracking, technical data such as cost of operations and range maps, sales contracts and financial payment schedules .
  3. Assists in contract document review including letters of intent and sales agreements to deliver information for potential buyers and key representatives .
  4. Maintains and updates CRM to establish accurate customer information for actively engaged accounts, facilitating aircraft sales and providing accurate reporting .
  5. Coordinates with sales executives to establish customer visit objectives and agenda. Provides background research on the customer/company for internal participants in preparation for the meeting .
  6. Partners with key internal teams in CRM campaign objectives and execution for the assigned division. Generates system output requests on behalf of the division, vetting information and proofing marketing campaign mailings in support of sales objectives .
  7. Defines and builds customer invitations using marketing activity management software, preforms quality checks, and launches invite campaigns for select tier 3 events .
  8. Research and verify customer and prospect information for actively engaged accounts in CRM. Performs visual compliance checks on new prospects .
  9. Arranges flight demonstration activity on behalf of sales executives to include coordination with customers, Sales Resource Allocation Manager for availability and Flight Operations for execution. Monitors approval process and provides updates within CRM .
  10. Support functions such as preparing reports, team training assistance, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, updating team dashboards, and screening calls .
  11. Researches and responds to sales related web and print inquiries as needed .
  12. Manages direct mail activities to include, but not limited to: customer correspondence, brochures, premiums, campaigns, and invitations as required.
  13. Monitors assigned sales division metrics .
  14. Performs various duties for customer events including sponsorships, air shows, demo tours, world tours, trade conventions and hospitality events .
  15. Coordinate with Completions, Sales VPs, Marketing and vendors to source unique and appropriate aircraft delivery gifts to enhance the customer experience and journey .
Additional Functions:
  1. Travels as required. to support meetings, training and events .
  2. Must be available as needed outside normal hours, due to domestic or international sales demands .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. CRM systems proficiency required.
  2. Marketing activity management software proficiency preferred.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Understanding of international cultures, customs and time zones required.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
