Job Description

RSRs demonstrate strong skill generation in business development and contact creation, including the ability to hunt for leads and identify key contacts by name and role within complex organizations. They understand how to navigate organizational structures and training partnerships, aligning NTT’s solutions with client training objectives and strategic initiatives. RSRs travel within their assigned territory to prospect new business, expand market share, and strengthen existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing clients through phone calls, video, and in-person meetings to present NTT training solutions.
  • Develop and grow a geographic territory, identifying opportunities and generating new business.
  • Research organizations to identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential training partners for outreach and relationship building.
  • Provide excellent customer service with consistent, timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings; clearly communicate differentiators and value to decision-makers.
  • Professionally represent NTT to clients, instructors, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Accurately track all sales activities in the CRM system and complete daily activity reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network to generate new opportunities.
  • Uphold NTT’s ethical standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Documented, proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing new business.
  • 2–3 years of experience in outside sales, service sales, or training/consultative sales, including lead generation, inquiry response, and client development.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • High level of drive, motivation, and resilience to grow a new territory and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent customer service and follow-through.
  • Clear, confident oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in lead hunting, contact identification, and organizational mapping to target training decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with leveraging social media professionally for networking and outreach.
  • Detail-oriented, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability; works effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Bilingual proficiency is a bonus.
