We are looking for an S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process across the LATAM cluster to support commercial objectives by translating business strategy into actionable plans and continuously improving planning accuracy and execution.

About the Job

  • Lead the end-to-end S&OP process for the LATAM cluster, ensuring a clear and aligned plan across demand, supply, and finance
  • Drive S&OP and S&OE cycles, enabling structured decision-making and execution follow-up
  • Analyze demand and supply plans, identifying gaps, risks, and performance deviations
  • Define and implement mitigation actions to ensure short- and mid-term plan execution
  • Align planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes
  • Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Monitor key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, inventory) and drive improvements
  • Contribute insights to optimize availability, working capital, and overall business performance

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand/supply planning, or related supply chain functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and financial alignment
  • Hands-on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles and driving consensus planning across cross-functional teams
  • Solid knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and S&OP processes
  • Familiarity with planning methodologies and frameworks (e.g., APICS) and retail/e-commerce environments is a plus
  • Strong understanding of key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, and inventory performance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP/APO) and advanced data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
  • Highly analytical and strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
