About the role

As the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Spares & Accessories (S&A),you’lllead Dyson’s S&A commercial agendainregions Your mission: deliver growth, drive profitability, and champion theownerexperience by bringing the global S&A strategy to lifewith themarkets.You’llco-createregional channel approaches, support local teams, and ensure the S&A portfolio fits Dyson’s standards and ambitions.

This role combines local insight with commercialexpertiseYou’llpartnerfromglobal S&Ateam with BU’s,regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams tomaximiseimpact while adapting to regional trends and needs.

Key Responsibilities

Regional S&A Strategy & Delivery:

  • Localiseand execute Dyson’s S&A strategy intheregion.

  • Set clear sales, growth, and profitability targets;adaptthe global plan for market realities.

Portfolio & Channel Development:

  • Develop andoptimiseS&A performance across all channels—D2C, e-commerce, retail,customerserviceand third-party partners.

  • Identifycategory gaps and drive new initiatives to meet customer and commercial goals.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and digital teams for seamless execution and powerful,localisedcampaigns.

Commercial Excellence:

  • Analysemarket data, consumer preferences, and competitive trends.

  • Use insights to drive promotional planning, product assortment, and channel activation.

  • Set, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure regional targets are achieved.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the bridge between the global S&A team,local markets,BU’sand functions

  • Share best practices, relay market needs, and align on commercial priorities.

  • Engage with marketing, sales, and customer service tomaximiseowner engagement and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather feedback after S&A activities and launches,identifyinglessons and embedding improvements.

About you

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles—ideally within S&A, aftercare, consumables, or a related fast-paced category.

  • Strong familiarity with regional market trends, channel dynamics, and owner engagement.

  • Skilledin category management, commercial planning, and campaign execution.

  • Analytical, data-driven, and decisive in making commercial recommendations.

  • Collaborative and clear communicator—able to align, influence, and execute across diverse teams and cultures.
