Job Role

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading regional sales operations, market development, and business expansion activities across northern and southern Vietnam. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable sales growth within the apparel accessories and garment manufacturing sectors.

Working closely with headquarters, local sales teams, and cross-functional departments, the successful candidate will oversee market research, sales planning, customer acquisition, team leadership, and commercial negotiations while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process. This position is highly suitable for experienced commercial leaders with strong exposure to apparel accessories, garment manufacturing, or textile-related industries and an established network within Vietnam's manufacturing market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, target customers, and market trends within the assigned region.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies while achieving revenue, market share, and business growth targets.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

  • Build long-term relationships with garment manufacturers, apparel brands, distributors, and strategic business partners.

  • Identify new customer opportunities and convert prospective clients into long-term business accounts.

  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to support customized product solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Conduct customer visits, business presentations, commercial negotiations, and relationship management activities.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve commercial issues, and strengthen long-term customer retention.

  • Oversee pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities to ensure consistent service quality across the region.

  • Manage key account relationships, monitor sales performance, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

  • Organize regular sales meetings, review business performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Business, Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within apparel accessories, garment manufacturing, textile manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Proven experience developing and managing strategic key accounts within the apparel or textile supply chain.

  • Previous experience leading and managing a sales team of at least three members.

  • Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, customer relationship management, key account management, and market development.

  • Proven capability in business development, commercial negotiation, sales planning, and strategic relationship management.

  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, problem-solving, and team management skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independently driving regional business development initiatives.

  • Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English, or Vietnamese and Chinese, is required for communication with customers and headquarters.

  • Experience working with apparel accessories manufacturers, zipper manufacturers, garment factories, textile mills, or ready-to-wear apparel manufacturers will be highly advantageous.
