The role

This is a hybrid leadership and territory role within our Urodynamics, Continence and Men's Health portfolio. You'll lead and develop a team of Product Specialists based in Melbourne and Sydney, while personally managing the QLD territory as an individual contributor.

This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane, with regular interstate travel to support your team and manage your QLD accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Product Specialists, Associate Product Specialists and Clinical Support Specialists
  • Directly managing and growing the QLD urodynamics/continence territory, including equipment, consumables, capital items, and the Men's Health portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with QLD-based KOLs, hospitals and clinics
  • Coordinating training and clinical education programs across the team
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive FY business plan in partnership with the Business Manager
  • Managing product inventory and reporting on financial performance
  • Engaging with KOLs Australia-wide to build advocacy for our product portfolio
  • Travelling interstate and locally to support your team and your QLD territory (approx. 3–5 days per month, plus occasional overseas travel)

About you

  • Experience in urology, continence, and/or Men's Health therapeutic areas
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets, both as an individual contributor and as a people leader
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team to meet sales budgets and strategic objectives
  • Strong business planning and reporting skills, with the ability to critically analyse territory and product performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and BI tools
  • Pre-existing relationships in core therapeutic areas, ideally including QLD-based urology and continence clinicians, highly regarded
  • 3–5 years' experience in an equivalent sales management position highly desired
  • Post-graduate tertiary qualifications highly valued
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable balancing team leadership with direct territory ownership
