Regional Sales Manager – Two Wheelers
A new entrant to the automotive industry, committed to delivering high-quality two-wheeler products and creating exceptional customer experiences. We require an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales objectives.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and maintain a high-performance culture.
Develop the dealer network within the region and manage and support dealers to improve their performance.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and stakeholders, and develop new networks within the region.
Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management evaluation.
Ensure the maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service support.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in sales, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability.
