Core Responsibilities
1. Market & Sales Performance Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s overall sales performance in Thailand, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks across different regions and customer segments.
- Analyze second-tier dealer network sales performance, evaluating dealer efficiency, inventory turnover, and growth potential.
2. Competitive Intelligence & Market Dynamics
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales performance, market share, distribution strategies, and dealer network in Thailand.
- Track competitive landscape, pricing changes, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Regularly deliver competitor benchmarking reports and price trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Formulate annual and quarterly sales strategies, and channel plans for the Thai market.
- Deploy sales targets and be accountable for achievement, and market share objectives in Thailand.
4. Channel & Dealer Management
- Manage, and optimize relationships with distributors, key accounts, and multi-channel partners (including second-tier dealers).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and penetrate untapped regional markets.
5. Local Operation & Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end local operations including order follow-up, inventory control, logistics coordination.
6. Compliance & Local Adaptation
- Ensure full compliance with Thai policies, laws, and business practices.
- Adapt global strategies to local market reality, including pricing and promotion adjustments based on competitive dynamics.

Qualifications & Competencies
1. Thai nationality (local citizen, fluent in Thai language and deep understanding of Thai business culture).
2. Bachelor’s degree or above; Automotive, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of regional sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry within the Thai market.
4. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct sales performance analysis, dealer network analysis, and competitor price/market trend analysis.
5. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and native in Thai; Chinese language is a plus but not mandatory.
6. Excellent cross-departmental coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
7. Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work under pressure and travel within Thailand.
