Job Description
A Regional Sales Manager (EAST) is responsible for overseeing and driving
sales within a specific geographic region by developing strategies, managing a
team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets. Key duties
include setting sales goals, analyzing performance, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, and building client relationships.

Carries responsibility for meeting and exceeding the
monthly sales target

Carries responsibility for daily distributing mobiles
from the assigned Distribution branch to wholesalers and dealers
within the specified route
-
Carries responsibility for collecting dealers and
wholesalers outstanding balance
-
Sends daily sales report to Sales Supervisor
-
Carries responsibility for the daily work plan
(sales objectives, updating customer special cards, etc.)

Tracks distributor stock levels and takes action to
ensure optimum stock levels
-
Meets with distributors to promote new products as per
instructions of Area Sales Manager and in coordination with Sales
Supervisor

Ensures understanding of dealers'/wholesalers' needs
and problems and in a co-operative manner attempts to provide support to
enable improved customer satisfaction

Engages with customers and attempts to identify
multiple needs aiming to enhance sales

Performs administrative tasks such as recording of
number of clients contacted, new leads, or products promoted upon
request

Ensures company property is well-maintained and in good
working condition

Performs other related duties
