Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in technical sales activities within a dynamic market. Join our client, a globally recognized manufacturer specializing in dosing components and filling systems for semi and fully-automated production plants and assembly processes. Renowned for their commitment to precision, reliability, and cutting-edge technology, our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to contribute to their success. This role offers a remote base with travel requirements, commencing with initial training in Atlanta, GA, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base through client acquisition activities within your designated territory.

  • Work remotely across various regions, with home offices located in Colorado, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, and Massachusetts.

  • Support the design and development of complex technical dispensing solutions across high-tech industries such as automotive, electronics, 3D printing, aerospace, etc.

  • Collaborate with a technical engineering team in both the US and Germany.

  • Develop new business with electronic, automotive components, 3D printing, aerospace, material manufacturers, and machine integrator customers in the defined territory.

  • Manage internal and external project management.

  • Generate quotes and provide customer support.

  • Attend relevant trade shows throughout the year.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics, etc.) preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience, with dispensing experience preferred. Extensive training at our headquarters in Germany will be provided.

  • The ideal candidate is an engineer with technical sales experience, particularly in automation technology.

  • Proficiency in all standard MS programs.

  • CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
