
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to manage and grow our portfolio across the Middle East region, across Beverage, Food and Household Product Coating ranges within the Sherwin-Williams Packaging Coatings Group. This role requires strong commercial experience and technical understanding of Packaging coatings and the ability to identify core growth opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
Drive Sales Performance:
Achieve commercial targets aligned with business strategies, including new business development, price adjustments, claim negotiations, inventory control, and accurate forecasting.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing contacts, and technical teams at customer sites to deliver maximum value.
Technical Support Coordination:
Work closely with Customer Technical Service teams to arrange line trials and provide technical assistance for product implementation.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategic account plans in collaboration with the Business Director and cross-functional teams.
Market Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share for all Packaging segments.
Product Introduction: Prioritize and support scale-up trials for new technologies to ensure successful market entry.
Reporting & Analysis:
Compile monthly sales and market reports, monitor competitive activity, and communicate insights to the sales leadership team.
Industry Engagement:
Attend trade shows, seminars, and provide technical training to customers as needed.
Complaint Management:
Handle product complaints, coordinate resolution between technical teams and customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Networking: Maintain relationships with brand owners, co-suppliers, and equipment manufacturers to optimize coating performance.
Formal Education:
Secondary school level education required; Tertiary qualification in a relevant field preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
3 years experience in a similar field required; 5 years experience preferred
Technical/skill Requirements:
Profound understanding of commercial and technical aspects and ability to find value-add solutions that satisfy customer and Sherwin-Williams requirements.
Good Computer skills and ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
Quick and independent problem-solving.
Travel Requirements (time spent away from home or other typical office location):
