WS Audiology is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow and expand our business across Michigan. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with hearing care professionals, driving sales performance, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts across Michigan
Build trusted relationships with audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, and clinic owners
Present and sell WS Audiology products, solutions, and services
Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support customer success and retention
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
3 to 7+ years of relevant sales experience
A proven history of hitting or exceeding defined revenue targets and building regional market share
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and office productivity suites like Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
