
The Landscape Regional Sales Manager Leads commercial growth across the assigned region by setting strategy for specification development, channel structure, and market execution, while managing the team responsible for implementation. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for evaluating, selecting, rationalizing, and developing distributors; strengthening relationships with Design Institutes and other key market influencers; and aligning regional resources to the highest-value growth opportunities. This role build a high-performing team through strong people management, coaching, talent development.
