Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the solar solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, developing strong relationships with dealers and installers, generating new business opportunities, and increasing brand visibility across key markets. This role requires extensive fieldwork, market analysis, team coordination, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential dealers, installers, EPC contractors, and B2B customers.
  • Generate qualified leads across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
  • Maintain an accurate lead pipeline and coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, installers, and other channel partners.
  • Provide product information and basic technical guidance to customers and partners while coordinating after-sales support when required.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including products, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and share insights with management.
  • Execute local marketing and brand awareness activities, including promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers to expand the company's presence.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market reports with performance updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the field sales team, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Power, Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales, B2B sales, or field marketing.
  • Strong understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar solutions, and the Karachi solar market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for field activities.
