Then come in and join us as the  Regional Sales Manager for Greater Jakarta and Banten. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales targets and activities in Greater Jakarta and Banten areas for Siemens Healthineers. Developing sales and market coverage with potential customers and achieves the defined commercial targets.

 
Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for lead generation for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration, and customer relationship under his/her charge for the Siemens Healthineers portfolio (Imaging, Therapy, and Ultrasound).
  • You will adhere to CRM excellence and standards through sales opportunity management system (e.g. funnel forecast, budget, new order achievement, winning-rate, demand planning).
  • You will execute correct product positioning with business areas/business lines colleagues.
  • You will develop and manage relationship directly with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • You will enhance the Reference Sites.
  • You will act as the point of contact for escalation, provides early recognition of potential risks with business impact. When necessary, escalates identified risks to appropriate internal stakeholders and departments.
  • You will collaborate with the Business Partner counterparts in the area to achieve his/her targets.
  • You will maintain an understanding of local healthcare systems, regulations, and potential impact on business.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably with technical or medical backgrounds.
  • At least 5 years of experiences in Medical Device Industries with capital equipment sales knowledge.
  • Good experiences with Imaging Equipment, having good track record and customer relations in Radiologist, Cardiologist, Oncologist, and Nuclear Medicine.
  • Fluent in English (both Written and Communication).
