Regional Sales Manager - Government Business ( North and East)
Missions and Responsibilities
· Plans & priorities in advance, for effective Prospecting & Customer visits.
· Visits Government Healthcare organisation to identify prospective Leads. Identifies & understands client requirements & needs
· Meets decision-makers & Key Opinion leaders, develop relationships and builds trust.
· Plays key role in negotiation & closure of contracts.
· Takes complete ownership of the Accounts and brings clarity to cross-functional activities.
· Create a dealer network in the territory is essential.
· Responsible for Revenue collection
Tender
· Ability to create a tender with pre tender work.
· Knowledge in commercial terms of the tender is necessary.
· Knowledge in Critical care products
· Able to work with Commercial team to create a strategy to achieve the goal.
· Knowledge about Competitors and products
· Keep track of competition and market developments
Educational requirementsAny Graduation, MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience required5 to 8+ years with relevant experience in Healthcare field and proven records of accomplishment. Experience in Government Business is preferrable .
