Drive regional sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity management, and timely deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for OEMs, Tier‑1s, and key customers, review performance and growth potential regularly.
Build strong, multi‑level relationships across engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership functions.
Position Klüber’s value proposition using technical expertise, application knowledge, benchmarking data, and ROI‑based selling.
Leverage Klüber’s test rigs, OEM approvals, and application capabilities to deliver differentiated product and service solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and margin frameworks, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
Maintain high‑quality CRM pipeline discipline to support forecasting, reporting, and sales governance.
Support and develop channel partners by improving pipeline quality, technical capability, and adherence to territory and pricing norms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth.
Identify new product or application opportunities, support trials, and provide structured market and competitor intelligence.
Ensure effective order‑to‑cash execution, issue resolution, and high standards of customer service.
Qualification & Experience
Engineering degree with a full‑time MBA.
Minimum 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, preferably in Automotive.
Proven experience managing OEMs, Tier‑1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL).
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and value‑based selling expertise.
Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
