About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western Australia business in a 12-month fixed term role.

Based in Perth, this role will see you manage an established customer base while driving new business across WA, including metro and regional areas.

You will take ownership of your territory, executing sales strategy, developing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities across core sectors such as emergency services, mining, and government.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and achieve revenue and margin targets
• Manage and grow key accounts across government, emergency services, and industry
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within your territory
• Lead and manage tender and contract opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high-value, solution-based outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Monitor market activity and competitor trends to inform strategy
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

About You

• Proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within fire, safety, industrial, or related sectors
• Strong experience managing government clients, tenders, and long sales cycles
• Background in capital equipment or technical sales
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• A team player who contributes positively to culture and collaboration
