Job Description

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving profitable and sustainable quality sales growth across the assigned territory through leading Cluster Team Leaders (TLs) and field teams. The role is responsible for delivering commercial targets, ensuring portfolio quality, driving customer adoption and usage, and building a high-performance sales culture aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategies and action plans aligned with national business objectives.
  • Drive regional quality sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, quality market share, and growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyses sales, usage, repayment, and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Cluster Team Leaders (CTLs) and field teams to deliver high performance, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Responsible for team/ field agents management through ensure clear and timely team recruitment, capacity building, performance management, agents onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure portfolio quality targets are achieved for repayment efficiency, usage and compliancy sales within the assigned area to ensure sustainable growth and long-term customer value.
  • Ensure full carbon compliance and adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business performance.
  • Drive field execution excellence through regular coaching, market visits, performance reviews, and effective territory management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, improve execution, and achieve business objectives.

Skills and Experience 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Sales Management: Proven track record in sales management with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Team leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills.
  • Data analysis: Skilled in interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Communication Skill: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer focus – commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Analytical skills – proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Decision-making – confident in making timely, informed business decisions.
  • Adaptability – able to adjust strategies in response to market changes.
  • Integrity – high ethical standards and professionalism.

  • Industry knowledge – familiarity with the specific sector or market.
  • Innovative mindset – openness to new approaches and creative problem solving.
  • Financial acumen – understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
