What you’ll be doing:

1. Execute plans to achieve sales budgets and adhere to reporting norms on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis.

2. Drive commercial discipline and ensure adherence to the organization policy amongst the channel partners and complete reconciliation of accounts on a quarterly basis.

3. Ensuring the geographical coverage of the potential areas by adequate number of channel partners by appointing new and growing existing channel partners and ensure increase of numeric reach and range.

4. Engage with architect, contractors to generate more project leads and drive the contractor loyalty.

5. Work with customer to address complaints and address them through our internal mechanisms.

1. MBA & Graduate with minimum of 10+ yrs of work experience.

2. Good understanding of Punjab & Himachal Pradesh geography.

3. Clear passion for strong understanding of business Project Sales, Retail Sales & understanding of getting the product specified.

4. Ability to analyze and interpret sales.

5. Experience in process driven premium Building Materials Organization preferably MNC (preferred industries – Construction & Building material industry).
