Job Description

This person can be located anywhere in the Southeast

What is Being Offered:

  • $100K-$110K base + bonus (OTE $160K-$180K)

What the Position is About:

  • Manage a team of 10 1099/independent sales reps in the territory to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Hire, coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
  • Create and maintain relationships with key commercial-oriented plumbing distribution accounts, major mechanical contractors, engineers, and contractors to generate specifications for the company’s products
  • Train and support independent manufacturer’s representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies & processes to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor and improve the team’s sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
  • 50% travel


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience selling a technically-oriented product
  • Experience selling in the bid/spec, new construction environment is ideal
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and CRM experience is a plus
