Maintain high levels of professional engagement and collaboration with Dealer Sales Management teams

Monitor dealer-level corporate fleet planning and pipeline meeting arrangements
.
Coordinate directly with the central Corporate Fleet Department to align regional fleet activities
.
Actively support the achievement of localized regional fleet sales volume targets
.
Ensure dealer outlets stringently implement official Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) to safeguard a premium customer buying experience
.
Enhance dealer sales capabilities by supporting initiatives focused on product knowledge and soft skills development
.
Regularly monitor dealer operational structures and financial performance to ensure complete alignment with the company's direction
.
Gather and disseminate continuous market intelligence, competitor activities, and relevant industry updates
.
Monitor broader market trends, changing policies, and external economic factors affecting regional sales operations
.
Provide structured data reports and strategic insights to support senior management decision-making
.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related discipline
.
Experience:
Preferably a minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct working experience within automotive retail sales or dealer network management
.
Language Skill:
The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is considered an added advantage to support specific dealer networks
.
