Join our dynamic Partners Enabling team, where we connect with merchants to offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and interest-bearing financing solutions to customers purchasing goods and services. As we expand into new verticalsâwith a special interest in the fashion industryâweâre looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to help us grow.
What you get to do in this role:
Leading, coaching and developing a high performing sales team
Monitoring sales performance and achievement of regional targets
Implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Recruiting, training and evaluating sales professionals
Ensuring compliance with banking and operational procedures
Building strong partner relationships within the region
Preparing performance reports and presenting business insights to senior management
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills
Commercial and business acumen with analytical thinking
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region
