Across the Americas, you will lead a regional commercial team of around seven colleagues in customer service, inside sales and key account management. You will turn a close understanding of customers and markets into sustainable growth, working in partnership with our production units and global sales colleagues.
As Regional Sales Manager, Americas, you will own the region’s commercial performance for BU Specialized. You will translate BU strategy into a clear regional agenda, build profitable growth across existing and new accounts, and lead the team to deliver with accountability. We will trust you to use your judgement, make decisions close to customers and bring forward opportunities and challenges. You will balance order intake, pricing, margin and cash performance with lasting customer partnerships and responsible, sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
Frequent travel across the Americas is expected, up to approximately 50%.
Location is flexible in USA but preferred in one of our Production Unit in Kennewick (WA) or Scottdale (PA) )
