We are partnering with a high-growth medical device company seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead its Pacific Northwest region.

This is an opportunity for a proven medical device sales leader to build and develop a high-performing team, drive regional expansion, and play a key role in shaping the company's continued growth. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who knows how to develop talent, build strong physician relationships, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

What You'll Do

• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and regional sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and accelerate market adoption.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute growth initiatives.
