Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $79,000.00 Salary/year,

Job Category: Management, The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, supporting, directing, and controlling the sales across the region. Must manage to sales budget and personnel plan monthly. Driving sales and execution in market by creating actionable plans, training and developing the sales force, and evaluating performance at every step. Excellent communication with Division Sales Director, Operations Manager, and James Edward and Companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the organization to ensure objectives are met or exceeded and that sales and distribution targets are flawlessly executed to standard
• Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics which may impact volume and share as well as other business metrics
• With the DSD, define weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) priorities, strategies, and goals by coordinating with cross functional departments, to ensure the attainment of volume plan
• Drive accountability by spending time in the market working side-by-side with District Managers providing training, feedback / coaching, and evaluating performance as well as market conditions.
• Complete annual performance reviews with all direct reports, building and supporting Development Plans.
• Trains, develops, and ensures that direct reports receive the direction and support needed to over deliver against monthly sales and execution plans.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices; act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
• Serve as a safety champion, driving awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement in all company and warehouse safety practices.
• Ensure all packages on promotion are executed with impactful displays.

Qualifications: Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good mathematical skills
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lifting 25 pounds including overhead.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must have a valid DOT.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5 years of experience in similar position in lieu of education
• Preferred prior sales experience
• Knowledge of beverage market preferred
