We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who will join the EMEA & India Regional Account Team and help us make the world a better place through innovation, which means we’re taking risks and questioning conventional thinking, and developing new technologies and ways of doing business – leading the way, every single day.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done

• Meet and exceed Wolfspeed´s assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
• Develop regional Tier 3 account plans for assigned accounts to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies in close alignment with our Distribution partners.
• Qualify opportunity and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices.
• Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production.
• Build solid relationship with the stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Manage Business development activities with Distribution partners at branch office and build a reliable relation and partnership with them.
• Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for Wolfspeed.

Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Sales of high power semiconductors products ideally SiC power produces.
• Basic technical experience of high power semiconductors products ideally SiC power produces.
• Proven negotiation skills and success (through reference).
• Experience in handling RFQs and customer projects.
• Fundamental knowledge of different semiconductors devices; Diodes, MOSFETs, Modules in high power applications.
• Analytic and a team player
• We are looking for sales people who are willing to face challenges, develop a plan to overcome them, and enjoy doing so.
• Ability to travel frequently to customers and distribution partners
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Salesforce.com skills are a plus
