Base Salary: Up to $120,000
Bonus: c.$50,000
An automotive production line loses power for two seconds and thousands of dollars disappear.
A refinery experiences an unexpected electrical event and critical systems shut down.
A utility faces regulatory scrutiny following network disturbances.
A data centre can't afford a single flicker across a 40MW facility.
When these situations happen, engineers need answers they can trust. That's why they rely on specialist power quality analyzers, electrical test equipment and accredited calibration services to identify problems, prove compliance and keep critical operations running.
This business designs and manufactures exactly those solutions.
For decades, we've supplied power quality and test & measurement equipment used by utilities, oil & gas operators, industrial plants, manufacturers, energy producers and infrastructure operators worldwide. Our products are trusted where reliability matters most and where buying decisions are driven by engineering confidence rather than price.
We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Central US region.
This is a strategic territory covering some of the country's most important industrial markets, including oil & gas, petrochemical, utility, power generation, manufacturing and automotive accounts.
Success comes from building relationships with engineers, maintenance teams, reliability specialists, electrical contractors and operations leaders who need accurate, dependable measurement solutions.
You'll drive growth through a combination of direct account development and channel management.
You'll personally identify and win strategic accounts across the region, including:
You'll conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical seminars, support trade shows and work closely with customers to understand the operational and compliance challenges they are trying to solve.
This is consultative technical sales, not catalogue selling.
Alongside direct sales activity, you'll lead an established network of independent manufacturers' representatives and distribution partners.
Your role will include:
You'll need to be comfortable holding partners accountable and influencing activity without having direct management authority.
You will likely bring:
An engineering or business degree is beneficial but commercial success and relevant industry experience are more important.
Apply with your CV.
If you can share a brief example of:
we'd particularly like to hear from you.
