Regional Sales Manager

Bartlett Roofing is looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Southeast Region.
If you're an experienced leader who enjoys building teams, developing leaders, and growing markets, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll partner directly with Executive and Local Leadership to drive the success of our Southeast market. You'll lead Sales Managers, recruit top talent with the support of our in-house Recruiting team, and help launch the next phase of Bartlett Roofing's growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who likes being in the field, coaching people, solving problems, and setting the standard - not watching from the sidelines.

Bartlett Homes & Roofing was founded in 1992 by Tom, Doug, and Steve Bartlett, a father, son, and uncle team with a shared vision for quality construction. What started as a small framing crew grew into a custom home builder, and eventually became one of the nation’s leading roofing companies.
Since focusing solely on roofing in 2013, we’ve completed more than 12,000 residential and commercial re-roofing projects. Our team is known for expert storm damage inspections, insurance support, and installing high-performance roofing systems using asphalt shingles, synthetic, metal, single ply, mod-bit, silicone coatings, and more.
We are a licensed, bonded, and insured roofing contractor serving customers across California, Georgia, Idaho, Utah, and Washington.
Bartlett Roofing has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private businesses for four consecutive years. We maintain an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and have built our reputation through the support of thousands of satisfied clients and dedicated team members.
