Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the growth of Emerson’s engineered solutions portfolio across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with a focus on flow metering and process analyzer systems. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, develop strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities that deliver value to customers while advancing Emerson’s regional business objectives

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive regional sales growth for engineered solutions, including flow metering systems and analyzer systems
  • Own and deliver sales targets across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead commercial negotiations in accordance with company policies and delegation of authority
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, and stakeholders
  • Promote awareness and adoption of Emerson’s engineered solution capabilities and value proposition
  • Develop and manage a strong opportunity pipeline across custody transfer systems, analyzers, and related technologies
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting through CRM systems and regular reviews
  • Collaborate with global engineering centers and internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals
  • Partner across business units to provide integrated and competitive solutions
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform strategy
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on market dynamics and growth opportunities

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management within industrial or engineered solutions environments
  • Strong understanding of customer industries, applications, and commercial processes
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
  • Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with flow metering systems, custody transfer solutions, or process analyzers
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze business opportunities and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments
  • Advanced business education (such as an MBA)
  • Familiarity with EPC project environments and engineered system sales
