The role:

The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to provide strong leadership for the efficient operation of the Sales, Marketing, Warehouse & Distribution, and Finance & Administration functions within their Region of PNG. A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Degree qualification in Business, Management, or relevant business stream.
• 8-10 years’ experience at management level with strong emphasis on sales/Logistics management.
• Strong experience in fast moving consumer goods environment.
• Good analytical skills
• Highly skilled in power point presentations and reporting.
