We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to support the West Coast market. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the hightech sales environment. It is ideal for individuals looking to advance into broader sales responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily customer relationships through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial business solutions.
  • Execute sales and business development strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across global and regional operations.
  • Conduct advanced negotiations and provide consultative support to customers.
  • Support marketing initiatives and market planning activities.
  • Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
  • Experience working within a culturally diverse global organization.
  • Previous manufacturing sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with ferrite and soft magnetic materials preferred.

  • Travel - up to 30%
