Emerson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of natural gas projects within the PRM China West region. This role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding market presence and contributing to sustainable long-term business growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive sales of gas equipment and pressure regulators, delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Execute company sales strategies and policies, providing integrated and value-driven solutions to achieve regional targets
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, including market planning, resource allocation, and performance management
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear processes and effective execution of sales initiatives
  • Establish, expand, and manage sales channels to enhance market coverage
  • Lead and support major project opportunities, ensuring success in key accounts and strategic segments
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, pricing, and product lifecycle, and provide timely insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution and strong after-sales service, supporting long-term business sustainability

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical discipline
  • Proven experience in industrial product sales, with demonstrated success in achieving business targets
  • Experience in leading sales teams and managing project-based sales cycles, including bidding and execution
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work in both Chinese and basic English environments
  • Proficiency in standard business tools and systems

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in the natural gas industry or with products such as regulators and valves
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics in Western China
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to channel development and key account management
