What Will You Do?

  • Identify and evaluate potential clients, projects, and market opportunities within the territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in both aftermarket and new business segments
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value propositions tailored to client needs
  • Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Facilitate vendor registrations and proactively channel opportunities through appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Solutions Managers to develop tailored technical solutions for clients

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the assigned territory
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM)
  • Familiarity with specific oil & gas equipment, services, or aftermarket solutions
