Location: California (Remote with Travel)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional who has a proven track record selling vision inspection systems into the Medical Device industry This is a high-impact, field-based role that will focus on driving new business and managing strategic accounts across key medical device hubs in the U.S. and Canada

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of vision inspection solutions into medical device manufacturing environments

• Leverage existing relationships to open doors and accelerate adoption

• Cover major medical markets in the U.S. and Canada, with a strong preference for someone based in Minnesota

• Collaborate with internal engineering and applications teams to deliver tailored solutions

• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Who You Are:

• Youre already working in this space: you sell vision inspection systems into the Medical Device industry and know the key players

• Highly motivated hunter with a strong book of business and the ability to hit the ground running

• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills

• Willing to travel extensively this is not an office job; its for someone who thrives on the road, building face-to-face relationships

• Based in Minnesota (preferred) or Massachusetts, or willing to travel frequently from another hub
