The foundation is already in place: proven SOPs, a disciplined in-home sales process, and a culture built around performance, accountability, and people development. This isn't a startup figuring things out — it's a well-built machine looking for the right leaders to scale it.

The Role

They're bringing on a Regional Sales Manager in Spartanburg, SC to lead a team of 10–15 in-home sales reps. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be coaching, developing, and holding your team accountable to meaningful performance metrics while also helping shape what this market looks like long-term.

What You'll Own

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10–15 in-home sales reps
  • Drive performance across key KPIs: average ticket size, close rates, profit margins, and installed revenue
  • Expand the team as the market scales
  • Foster a high-energy, high-accountability culture that mirrors what's made the company successful elsewhere

  • Proven track record leading in-home sales teams
  • Experience scaling teams and hitting aggressive revenue targets
