Job Description

OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new and existing Key customers/Key Accounts in the south region by using Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market, and respond to sales and technical inquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, days sales outstanding, and customer satisfaction targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.
The position shall be based in Karachi, Pakistan and shall report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share

  • To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget

  • Maintained customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve the sales budget.

  • Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.

  • Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided

What We Look for:

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in related field preferably in Sales & Marketing

  • 7+ years of experience in field sales and business development

  • Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability.

  • A strong communicator, able to inspire, build and maintain relationships with key
    stakeholders like dealer network etc.

  • Local language is preferred.
