Regional Sales Manager

While reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets and business growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales initiatives.What you'll be doing:

·Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

·Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

·Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

·Conduct regular sales training and development sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

·Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

·Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

·Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

·Additional responsibilities as assigned.

This position is Remote in the US strong preference to work in CST and EST time zones.

We’d love to hear from you if:

·Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·Strong demonstrated experience in Cold Chain industry.

·5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.

·Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·Strong leadership and team management skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

·Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

·Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·Willingness to travel within the region as required.
