Regional Sales Manager for NSS Group

Manchester – national travel will be frequently required

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 + £6,000 car allowance + uncapped commission scheme

Your Role - Main Purpose of the Job

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the continued growth of NSS by identifying new opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

You’ll manage a defined territory and customer base, working closely with our operational teams to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.

Your job will includes:

  • Winning new business opportunities across your regional territory

  • Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise growth

  • Building strong multi-level relationships within customer organisations

  • Preparing and presenting proposals, bids and tenders with support from the Sales team

  • Delivering the sales plan agreed with the Sales Director

  • Managing your pipeline, activity and forecasts via CRM

  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Representing and promoting the NSS brand across the industry

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management

  • Experience selling complex services or solutions

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business

  • The confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders within large organisations

  • A willingness to travel regularly across the UK

Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services or Specialist Services would be beneficial, but not essential.
