THE ROLE:
The Regional Sales Manager (assigned brand) is responsible for the management and development of an assigned dealer region, with the main objective of achieving annual sales targets at both B2B and B2C level for the assigned brand(s), thus contributing to the strategic qualitative and quantitative objectives of the concerned brand and Astara. This is achieved by implementing the corporate strategy and brand vision, and monitoring the performance of the dealer network on a daily basis.
MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Follow-up operational plan
Achieve objectives set by the brand/country manager through monthly follow-up and adjustment
Share input from the network and best practices with internal departments that contribute (in)directly to the realization of the plan
Support proactively and participates in network activities and events
Serve as the main contact between authorized dealers and AWE operational teams.
Create, monitor, and adjust dealer action plans to achieve set quantitative and qualitative targets.
Promote and support Astara’s “one‑stop‑shopping” offerings (finance, insurance, ancillary products).
Ensure dealer compliance with key brand standards: stock levels, demo vehicles, mandatory training, website updates, lead follow‑up, local marketing planning, CI/SI requirements.
Provide guidance on operational systems and communicate support needs internally.
Assist dealers in preparing and executing B2B/B2C prospecting plans.
Conduct regular dealer visits and submit reports within set deadlines.
3) Analysis & reporting
Provide prescribed internal reporting regarding the follow-up of the operational plan.
Identify underperformance against predetermined targets within the network, analyse them and suggest opportunities for improvement.
