Sales Planning 销售计划:

  • Develop regional sales strategy and provide clear direction to managers on implementation in order to achieve penetration, conversion and upgrading in the target customers among designated area. 制定及发展大区的销售策略并给销售经理指引清晰的方向实施策略,达到对市场的渗透,转换竞争对手的产品以及在大区内增加客户数量并使客户增加使用我们产品的频率。

  • Participate in and provide in-depth insight to marketing strategy development. 参与市场策略的制定并提供深度的市场观点。

Distributor Management 经销商管理

Internal Management 内部管理

  • Manage performance of the team and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of team members. 激励团队并管理团队绩效,总体上对团队绩效负责。
  • Provide coaching and assistance to the District Sales Managers on territory analysis, key opinion leaders development, coaching and marketing analysis etc. 对地区销售经理们提供辅导,尤其是区域分析、主要终端客户的开发、辅导下属及市场分析等。
