What We Offer:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (“RSM”) who will be responsible for meeting sales goals in defined geographic areas (territories). Each of these territories is assigned to an independent sales rep firm. The RSM works with independent sales rep firms to promote and support each region's ONICON brands to achieve defined sales and profitability goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes traveling to promote ONICON products with the independent sales rep firms and presenting product lines and flow measurement fundamentals to engineering firms, control contractors, and end-users. RSM will provide the representatives with training, technical support, and constructive feedback. Since Reps are sales agents for ONICONand other firms, the RSM must be diplomatic and supportive to ensure that ONICON receives as much of the Reps’ time as possible. The RSM may also manage direct salespeople or provide direct sales support for one or more “open” territories, which a rep firm does not cover. The RSM will have to assist in high-profile field service issues in a direct or supporting role. In addition, the RSM may have to be involved in selling and supporting other TASI company products when necessary.

TASI Measurement is a thriving global industrial measurement and monitoring business headquartered in North America. We provide temperature, level, flow, and pressure instruments necessary to measure and control industrial processes and monitor our environment. We also facilitate data gathering and reporting from our instruments and others with our remote telemetry products that include RF and Cellular options as well as Remote SCADA solutions purpose-built for specific applications. We operate in a decentralized manner and have fifteen business units with production facilities in the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, and England. Additional sales offices can be found in China, Netherlands, and Malaysia.
