Job Description

• Responsible for Regional Sales activities.
• Develop and deploy a regional business plan that details new business opportunities and sustainable growth.
• Maintain, contact and visit regularly, existing and prospective customers.
• CRM Way of Life- use the CRM to document all Sales Customer Activity.
• Handling all incoming Regional Sales Leads.
• Follow up on quotes and orders in Region
• Maintain Elmo’s Customer Database and use tools for effective report generation on present and future sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Technical Sales, preferably in automation or motion control industries
• B.Sc. degree in Engineering 
• Strong understanding of servo and automation systems
• Relevant knowledge in Automation / Servo Motors / Servo Drives & Controls Mechatronics /Software /Quality/ Environmental Condition
• Excellent knowledge of English, technical and commercial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
