We are looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Leader to lead and grow our B2B customer base across KwaZulu-Natal. This role is focused on driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and leading from the front in building strong customer partnerships while delivering consistent commercial growth.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of External Customer Advisors and Sales Leaders, setting clear direction and driving accountability across the region. Working closely with our store network, you will ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, combining strong field engagement with operational support from stores.

As a trusted partner in the business, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, unlocking growth, and strengthening our presence in the region. This role requires someone with high energy, strong commercial acumen, and a clear focus on results.

The Regional Sales Leader role suits someone who is proactive, competitive, and comfortable being out in the field, leading a team to win new business and convert opportunities into sustained growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will be required to:

  • Drive B2B sales growth across the region, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and converting opportunities into sustainable business.
  • Lead from the front in the field, building strong customer relationships and supporting the team in securing new business.
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team, strengthening capability and accountability across External Customer Advisors and Sales Leaders.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, actively expanding our customer base.
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term value and retention.
  • Work closely with stores to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain strong market presence, regularly engaging with customers and staying close to regional activity.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and activity, using data to drive focus and results.
  • Set clear targets and expectations, ensuring consistent delivery across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, product offering, and service delivery.
  • Travel across KwaZulu-Natal to maintain visibility, strengthen relationships, and support execution.
