Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate forex segment within the designated region.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive revenue generation.

Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of forex sales professionals.
Set clear performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored forex solutions to meet their requirements.
Resolve escalated client issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue Generation:
Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals within the region.
Monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and implement strategies to close deals.
Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell forex products and services.

Market Analysis and Risk Management:
Stay updated on forex market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
Assess and manage risks associated with forex transactions and currency fluctuations.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure that all forex sales activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of forex compliance regulations.

Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Budget Management:
Manage the budget for the regional corporate forex sales team effectively.
Allocate resources to achieve the desired outcomes within budget constraint

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
