
Regional Sales Executive
Spruce eCommerce & Drypowder
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing eCommerce product sales with existing customers in the lumber and building materials division. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for all sales activities of ECI’s best-in-class B2B eCommerce Platform , Spruce eCommerce, and online AR portal, Drypowder in an assigned territory with a focus on cross-selling into our Spruce customer base. Duties will include working closely with Sales Management and the Account Management team to implement and execute agreed-upon Marketing and Sales plans to meet personal and corporate goals.
Your job will be to:
Drive revenue growth with existing Spruce customers. Consistently achieve revenue growth and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling discovery call appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing deals as well as handling inbound requests.
Manage the territory and drive pipeline with new account acquisition and up/cross sell of all Spruce eCommerce and Drypowder products and services.
Collaborate with best-in-class supporting team of Product, Marketing, and Operations in pursuit of revenue goals
Maintain exceptional Salesforce Hygiene.
Deliver Monthly Forecasts and thorough Quarterly Business Reviews
You have the following experience and qualities:
3-5 years of experience selling revenue-generating SaaS or software solutions to SMB's or Mid-Market Enterprise Organizations; You will deal with a variety of different stakeholders as this solution solves organization-wide challenges. Experience dealing with VP and C-Level executives, Presidents is a plus.
Experience in the lumberyard, building material, hardware store or home custom design project markets.
Experience using or selling ecommerce, payments or digital marketing solutions.
Strong experience with Salesforce, including implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance sales processes and improve customer engagement.
Familiarity with either the Franklin Covey or Challenger sales methodologies, equipping you with the skills to effectively navigate complex sales scenarios and drive results.
Proven history of performance in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
Experience selling new, innovative products with deal sizes that range between $10,000 to $70,000+
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be innovative and resourceful in evolving sales methods to optimize new product success
Demonstrated success at territory management and ability to prioritize among a high volume of opportunities to optimize quarterly bookings
Prefer prior successful experience in start-ups
Comfort in a high-energy, hard-working, close-knit team environment required
Exceptional communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Bachelor's degree desired
