This position will be remote/hybrid in the Indy market.
· Coordinating priority regional opportunities with field sales, channel partners, Sales Support, Proposal Engineering, product businesses, and other internal stakeholders.
· Maintaining structured follow-up plans that clarify next steps, ownership, customer or partner commitments, risks, dependencies, and target decision dates.
· Supporting continuity across active quotations, orders, projects, and customer commitments, particularly during market, customer, organizational, or channel-partner transitions.
· Using market, customer, project, and channel knowledge to identify execution gaps, prioritize action, and increase the capacity of the regional sales team.
· Monitoring opportunity status, milestones, risks, and data quality in applicable sales systems and providing clear visibility and escalation to sales leadership.
· Developing repeatable tools and operating practices that improve opportunity tracking, cross-functional handoffs, accountability, and regional sales execution.
· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
· 5+ years of experience in electrical distribution, electrical infrastructure, channel sales, sales support, sales operations, proposal support, project coordination, or a related commercial environment.
· Demonstrated understanding of electrical distribution channels, contractor relationships, project sales, and the opportunity-to-order lifecycle, with the ability to translate complex information into clear execution plans.
· Strong stakeholder coordination, written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
· Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and related sales or reporting systems; ability to travel within the assigned region based on business needs.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
· Knowledge of the assigned regional electrical market and its distributor, contractor, consulting-engineer, and end-customer ecosystem.
· Experience working with Siemens electrical infrastructure products, systems, processes, or channel partners.
· Experience supporting large, complex, or time-sensitive electrical opportunities and coordinating across sales, technical, commercial, and operational teams.

The pay range for this position is 74970.00 - 156794.00 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
