A successful Sales Executive at Creatio will be accountable for the Polish sales performance to achieve revenue goals and grow the number of strategic accounts in the region.This role will be based in our Warsaw Office.Responsibilities:Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of Account Executives;Setting goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews;Develop a high-performance culture focused on success, ownership, loyalty, and growth;Manage the entire enterprise sales process and resources to develop and implement winning sales strategies in the assigned territory;Generate new business opportunities on an assigned territory, manage pipeline, opportunities, forecasting, and other items related to an outside sales function;Focus on new logo acquisition as well as managing relationships with existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations;Collaborate with regional partners to align resources and strategies on joint opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles and 3+ years of team management experience;Outstanding organisational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on the team's success, and an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with clients;Experience in Enterprise SaaS platform sales to large enterprises, with a deep understanding of executive-level Enterprise and/or Global account sales methodologies;Experience in navigating complex Enterprise environments, managing long sales cycles and large deals, and building relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers;Proven knowledge of Effective People Management Strategies;Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;Ability to identify and focus on the highest-revenue potential clients;Understand key market and industry trends and dynamics;Strong personal network within the region;Self-motivated, results-driven, energetic, highly enthusiastic, and passionate about sales;Fluent Polish;Upper Intermediate or higher English — both verbal and written;Experience with the CRM, No/Low-Code, workflow automation software space is a plus.What you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Responsibilities
