St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an individual with strong experience in Health Care Sales Management to join our Community Hospice team as Regional Sales Director.
The primary responsibilities of this role are management of the Regional Sales Team, alignment with SPHP and Community Hospice clinical initiatives, management of key referral source growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
The Community Hospice is a non-profit hospice with a long history serving 9 counties in the Capital Region area of New York State. The Community Hospice enjoys high caregiver satisfaction ratings (above state and national benchmarks), CMS ratings of 10 out of 10, and has earned a STAR rating of 4.5 out of 5. In addition, our Hospice Foundation allows us to bring a wide range of additional services to our hospice patients and the broader community, from a patient Wish Fund, to Music and Massage therapies, and free bereavement services to name just a few. The Community Hospice is an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners/Trinity Health and works closely with our health system as well as external healthcare providers and the broader community.
Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
